Help, please!  I had another go at topping up today (from UK) and immediately got two texts from Turkcell.  First says:

Yurtdisinda arama yaptiginiz gun basina 1YTL/15kontore %50indirmli konusmak icin once IS yazip 2115e gonderip ISTCELLi olun, sonra GEZGIN yazip 2121e gonderin.

Second says:

Degerli musterimiz, bulundugunuz ulkeden, numaranin basina 00 koyarak arama yapiniz.  Orn: 0090 (my tel No).  Turkcell Dunya tarifesti ile Ingiltere'de arama 52kontor(dk)aranma 24kontor(dk) SMS gonderimi 10kontor ve 50kb GPRS kullanimi 18kont ordur(KDV dahill, OIV haric).  Yurtici paketiniz yurtdisinda gecerli degildir.

I mean, they may as well tell me to go and boil my head in double dutch (perhaps they are)!  Could anyone please give me an idea what the are saying?
