Has anyone had any dealings with this company with regard to property management? Trying to get in touch & cant get a reponse at the moment.

If anyone has their property managed through this company be aware that it does indeed look like they have ceased trading.
I wouldnt even be thinking about Calis at this time of year but received a letter from our complex site manager requesting his fees- which we had paid to Spirit in August! Attempts at contact have proved fruitless .
I am bummed about the money but will cope- more annoyed that they have paid all our bills for the last 5 years and now I dont know where we are with any of it.
Anyway- wont go on, just thought it worth a mention.

I have been with them for a couple of years and don,t really feel confident in their abilities, i have had a few potential guests cancel, because their e mail enquiry was not answered in time
I am looking for a new management agency ...any ideas?

Try Rainbow property care. They are a company I use based in Calis. They pay my bills, maintain the gardens etc Small company with English and Turkish mangers. Really nice helpful company. info@rainbowpropertycare.com
