There are 4 villa's on our site and we have been quoted £1250 each to be connected to the main sewer. Can anyone tell me what they have paid.

Well put it this way, from personal experience, if the quote was for all 4 villas it would be about right

Last year at Capricorn Apartments we paid 370 GBP each, for contection.

Always check the original council paperwork. I've heard of several cases where a site manager has asked for money but when asked to see the original paperwork it never seems to appear.
