Psalm 23
« on: April 06, 2010, 18:16:42 PM »
Gordon Brown is my shepherd, I shall not work.
He leadeth me beside still factories.
He restoreth my faith in the Conservative party.
He guideth me to the path of unemployment.
Yea, though I wait for my dole,
I own the bank that refuses me.
Brown has anointed my income with taxes,
my expenses runneth over my income.
Surely, poverty and hard living will follow me all the days of his term.
From henceforth, we will live all the days
of our lives in a rented home with an overseas landlord.
I am glad I am British, I am glad that I am free.
But I wish I was a dog and Brown was a tree.

AMEN!

Of course we didn't have any factory or heavy industry closures under the previous Tory government.

nor 15% morgage rates, some people will have short memories or no memory, as they were too young to remember the Maggie years.

I personaly don't think there anything to choose between them, they're all a thieving load of whatsits.

We're hijacking a topic in the jokes section, I do realise BUT...

A huge poster on my route into town says that some woman has never voted Conservative but "they're serious about sorting out MPs' expenses". That's the party who's members claimed for moat cleaning and duck houses.

If they are looking for a vote catcher, I doubt that's it :D
