At 10:10 am walking in the glorious sunshine along Fethiye prom to Calis Sunday market, however it was bitter / sweet as at 10:10 pm we were travelling in our Mercedes people carrier toward Dalaman at the end of our 2 week stay :-\

Had been stripping paint off the railings on the veranda prior to shopping in BIM (next to the Sunday market); then back home to iron my socks  :) ready for a walk to Carretta beach.

I was watching my beautiful grandsons aged 4 and 5 climbing the tree in my garden and thinking how lucky I am to have such beautiful, healthy boys. They were making up songs and singing, and laughing. I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. What joy x

Walking along the beach in Praia da Rocha, Algarve, with my missus and two friends. On our way for lunch on the beach.

Having just seen No 3 son off on the train on an over seas posting (Army), decided to walk the dogs back home along the shore line, about 6 miles in briliant sunshine, and BBQd later - and all in Cumbria - who'd have thought!

I was cosy in bed having a lie in.

What I'd rather have been doing at that time?

Be cosy in bed having a lie in at Calis :D

Another mad Hasher climbing mountain at Kaya - it nearly killed me!   The Efes at the other end revived me though!!
