Help for Hernia and Lumbago
« on: November 08, 2011, 14:30:12 PM »
I wonder what is your methods and solutions for hernia. I have both waist hernia and neck hernia together. I am trying various methods but could not reach to a complete solution. I know swimming is good to minimize its negative effect. (at least the doc had told so) I have swimmed so much during last summer. But same again. May be you can suggest some other methods as physical exercises. Because I observe that you know health quality better than Turkish people. Your running condition very well for instance.

Do you mean a slipped disc?  Is hernia in your spine?

If so in UK it would be painkillers and carry on as normal if possible.
Or an Osteopath could manipulate disc back into place.

Yes, it is a slipped disc. I have totally 2 of them:(. It gives so much pain. I do not want to use painkillers permanently. Looking for natural ways of muscle strength. I do not want to a surgical operation either.
