Can anyone help RE Nicholas Parks

Hi,
I desperately need to find out who now owns Nicholas Parks/Grove etc. From what I can understand Nurettin Yilmaz is no longer an owner/director? A man named Alan Swain dissolved a few of the companies associated with the group. I have trawled the internet with no information jumping out and have now sent Nurettin a letter to his UK address but I have come to a wall which I can't seem to get over!
If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated!
