Free Mobile Calls and Texts for Lower Use Folks (UK)
« on: August 27, 2013, 10:14:59 AM »
Just moved the kids' phones from T-Mobile to Ovivo Mobile - they use the Vodafone network so signal is very good. I've been with them for iPad (data) for 6 months now and it is excellent.

You pay £15 once (which is £15 worth of credit) and then each month (not each month you pay £15, just each month   :) ) you get:

150 any network minutes
250 any network texts
500mb data

Every month, for nothing    :)

Tablet/data is brilliant - again you pay £15 and you get 750mb data a month every month. I've had an Ovivo sim in my iPad for months and it has not cost me a penny (my £15 credit still shows). I literally pay nothing for 3G on my iPad.

I'm thinking of moving my dear old mum over to it too (the phone one) - and all Ovivo to Ovivo calls and texts are free.

Like me you'll be looking for the catch - trust me there isn't one. On data they do show an advert now and again before letting you get on to your browsing etc but that's no hardship. I've just moved the girls' T-mobile numbers to Ovivo with their PAC codes and it was very easy indeed.

If you need to know anything just shout. I'm not on commission but if you want to PM me for my mobile number I understand I can get £3 credit if you enter that when you sign up. Every little helps but don't worry about it  :D
