I’ve witnessed countless numbers of people on cycles, mobility scooters, electric scooters and the like going up and down the beach road, day and night and tonight for the first time, I saw the police but they never stopped anyone.  The prohibitive signs must be hidden away as I haven’t seen any.

They are in the middle of the entrance as you come on to the beach front.
If you Blink you will miss them.😎😎😎😎

There are three, albeit small round signs, attached to the bollards and a larger freestanding sign placed right in the middle as you enter the prom, the cyclists etc have to drive round it !  There are also two larger signs at the start of the prom near the Mutlu hotel.

Saw more than one Bradley Wiggins impersonators bedecked in multi coloured lycra flying past the sign at the bridge.

I bet you any money they know fine what the new rules are but choose to ignore them.

Most establishments don't have signs relating to the smoking regulations but most people know them through social media

I understand they are rightly banned from the pedestrian seafront-but are electric bimes  allowed in the bike lane along the length of the new parkway?

I walked part of the front with my bike last week  - was passed by 6 cyclists and 5 electric bikes/scooters and 2 regular electric scttters.

I was told 2 different versions of how the regulations are being policed by various people (not officials)....

They dont check
They only check after 7pm

Riding down the back road is not much fun :(
