Have been told that a rumour circulated in Fethiye a while ago, about Hagi being killed, but now told it is not true.

Just now talked to friends at Prison, He is alive and did not have any attack by other prisoners.
He has two case one of them 8 other 11 years old boys.
There is no  sentence yet.
Court stage takes 9-12 months normally.

I think we need to be careful about passing on third hand information especially about upsetting news  ;)

I posted the information that I was given by two seperate Turkish people who I believed. I was told that the trial had taken place two weeks before and he had received a guilty verdit. My apologies if (as it now seems) the information that I was given was not 100% accurate. My thanks to Inspector for the "insider" news and clarification.
