After 7p.m. in the U.K it costs 20p to send a txt. to Turkey on Virgin mobile. 35p the rest of the time. Is there a cheap time of night for sending txts. or making phone calls to the U.K from Turkey on Turkcell? I know that there is a cheap rate from Spain but that is from landlines and call boxes.
