Have just joined the Facebook group and have posted a message inviting all my FB friends to join as well. Have also just emailed the UK Sea Watch Fondation bringing this to their attention with a view to seeking further guidance.

Keep up the good work. TT

Yilmaz is the Mayor, I think that if he says that this monstrous idea is to go ahead , so be it!![:(!]
I wonder just how many foreign residents of the Fethiye, Calis areas actually travelled to visit the aberration that is the Kas Dolphinarium, in the past. It must have generated some business from foreign tourists, or they wouldn't even consider spending money on this one.

I think a good idea is to find out which of our local tour operaters are going to sell or not sell tickets to the dolphinarium.
No point asking Hamish Mc Turk though because he is one of the investers

Where did you hear this?  Do you have proof?
If this is indeed true, he will find himself in big trouble when the opposers to the project start to boycott him, and rightly so in my humble opinion.

The involvement of Hamish Mac Turk is common knowledge in the travel agents arena, The main travel agents were contacted throughout the winter by the dolphin owner and Mr Mac Turk took up the offer to invest,I have spoken to people who have had conversations with him, I believe he is away at the moment, all will be revealed in the process of time,
The best proof would be for him to admit publically or deny publically given the furore Im not sure if this will happen though

Until he admits his involvement it is very unfair to slate him or his business in this way.  Common knowledge is not proof.

yes you are right, lets wait and see.
Hopefully all concerned will see it is a dreadful idea and think of an alternative plan.
Why not a swimming pool that is under cover and the public can use all year. I am sure that would be more popular.
