Hi
I bought a 3 bed duplex apartment from Hanel Houses on their Sunset beach development.
I've finished paying for it but it hasn't been legally passed to me yet. Unfortunately, as much as I would love to keep it my circumstances have changed and I am forced to sell. Can I sell it before I legally take ownership so it can legally pass straight to the new owner?
Any advice would be greatly welcome?
