I have agreed to buy a car off a Turkish guy who speaks good English, I am happy with the quality and price of the car a Fiat Doblo. I am going with him on Monday to do the paper work that is reqired. Can anyone tell me what is involved please, and how long it takes, what do I need regards insurance etc.
