I this system nile ste works not bad recently have been watching English series on it my ch was 33 or 34,turned on today and it seems to have changed ,its now show sports any ideas. ;)

You need to do a new search, a lot of the channels changed yesterday and there are some new ones as well. Quite a few of the Showtime channels are now OSN.

Assuming this is possible, has anyone managed to find any of the preverbial UK soaps on nilesat lately?

I know that this was discussed on various threads but things seem to keep changing

On Feb 1st we are being told not to shut our box off as things are due to change and the box will update automatically.
If you turn it of you can expect to retune it mannualy.

Did anyone watch corrie and emmerdale on showtime series if so have you found it on any new channels ,no its not for me its for an elderly neighbour.:D:D ;)
