Am new to this site and hope I can get some good advise. A few years ago we visited Dalyan and loved the peacefulness of the area and the friendliness of the locals. We are now considering visiting Calis Beach and staying in the Club E hotel. We would like to visit when the carnival is on. Any advise please.

Welcome to the forum.
We have a wealth of information within the site so the best advice I can give is to read, read and read.
Anything you don't find just holler and someone is sure to have been there and done that :)
Carnival week is a great choice. There is always loads going on and the parade itself is fantastic.

Hi & welcome Magicwriter. Regretably, it would seem that the carnival per se will not happen next year, as in fact it didn't during 2013. That said, the 3Cs have every intention of holding their Spring Fair, & although we haven't settled on a date, it's likely to be 18th or 25th May. Around that time, we may also hold an evening "do" & promises auction won't be far behind.
