Could any of you recommend me a good English speaking contact in TEB, who could provide me information on their bank account conditions?

If you mean the one in town, the girl on the counter speaks English just ask her if you can see an English speaking account manager. There used to be a guy called Charlie upstairs but I don't know if he's still there.

TEB Passpatur branch, near to the old bazaar entrances, from front door do not take a ticket from machine go direct to the first floor and to your left there sits Kemal who has excellent english and is very helpful.
