Title: Electric surcharge.

I have just been checking my Garanti bank account and noticed a 41tl amount has been paid to Aydem. As we are not in Turkey and the electric is switched off, I thought this was a but strange. It transpires that this is a surcharge to pay the cost of the electricity of those people who don't pay or illegally obtain their electric. I did read something about this but didn't realise it had been implemented.

Well that sounds fair.  I think I will leave the first group and join the last group.  When in Turkey--------.!
