Following on from McDonalds,Burger King and Dominos, Fethiye now has a branch of Subways.
What next,Starbucks?

What's the problem... don't have Turks have the same rights as everyone else to eat unhealthy processed food?
As regards Starbucks, probably - given the number of outlets already in many Turkish towns and cities.

I think it is up to the Turks what they want on their High Streets.

But does the Fethiye Subway smell as bad as do the ones in the UK?

Where is the Subway outlet, havent been able to find it.

Cant say I'm a big lover of Subway(plastic microwaved food) :(
As for Starbucks,the coffee shop in the new shopping centre is just as good if not better :)

It is situated in the street that runs down the side of the original Sultan Pattisserie towards the cinema in the Pedestrianised part of town.

The coffee shop in Erasta is good, but you can't beat Starbucks :D

After a couple of months the Subway branch has now closed.

First ever Subway franchise to be closed anywhere in the world.
Reopens under new management in Hisaronu sometime this year.
