I read somewhere that there is a 'good' day for booking flights to Dalaman from Manchester, well anywhere really. If so, does anyone know when it is please?

I saw on tv a while ago best time to look for flights was over night on Tuesday night. They change the prices then. From then on they go up as the week goes on. I think it could have been the money guy "Martin Lewis " if I remember rightly.
