Thoughts on quality and prices please

Quality is good but far more expensive than you'll be used to in the UK.

KKOB would you say it's far more expensive than the supermarket out there !!

Yes. Butchers are more expensive than supermarkets but they have a better quality meat and you can ask them to joint the meat to order. Pretty much the same as the UK.
