Calling a landline in England by Turkcell from Turkey is 4 times cheaper than calling a mobile phone in England.
I thought it was opposite but Turkcell's price list is as below

From Turkcell to a mobile in England 1,28 YTL per min.
From Turkcell to a landline in England 0,33 YTL per min.

From Skype to a landline in England 0,03 YTL per min. (1.4p)
