Hi
When we were over in Calis in September we bought a Turkish mobile and we were told that we could top-it up in England so when we got home my partner signed on to the website and it stated that we need to top-up by March 21st to enable us to keep the mobile live and the number. However he tried to do this yesterday all to no avail he gets a message saying "Contact your bank"?
Has anyone got any advice on this or does anyone know how we can top-up so as not to lose our number and our credit which is already on the phone?

i think after a certain amount of time of not been used they switch them off
if you go into the shop where you brought it from you can reactivate it
you may have to buy new counters for this but your others will come up too.

try and leave your phone like we do with someone in turkey and a top up card,they ring me and that keeps it activated

hi shandy i am going out tomorow if you wish i can top it up for you i live in stalybridge but i leave early in the morning so you would need to get it to me this evening if its if thats any good to you email me from my profile :)
