It is the way we want to go and if developers decide not to join us then ultimately that is their problem. It will be good to see if it is successful, with this website and my various activities over the last 5 years a lot of people have made a lot of money; unfortunately I don't appear to be one of them

This is great news Keith, I worked in the construction industry for many years, buying in older properties in order to sell new builds and then reselling the resales, it keeps everything turning over in the UK market in the bad times. It really is a leap of faith taken by every purchaser into the Turkish market when they decide to buy property,I am glad you have found a way to simplify the process and safeguard the faithful.

Well I am sure that honesty will win in the end Keith. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing. I will never buy abroad but will point anybody who wishes to in your direction and I am sure I am not the only one on the forum.
