merhaba. holiday is over. the month just flew. we managed all but two things on the calis must do list, bella mammas and nif. walks from hisaronu on to kaya over to oludeniz, kaya to afkule monestery and yaniklar lake. well worth doing. we met alan aka kkob who took us under his wing one of the days an guided us from hisaronu on to kaya through wonderful valley's ,stopping of for lunch in kaya village. he then brought us to the top of the mountain which let us walk back to fethiye past the boatyards. a really magical day. thanks alan. because he wont show his picture its hard to fathom what sort of man he is. my first wife
decribes him as rugged and tall with a dean martin smile, a sort of 00's marlboro man. womens taste , what what, (so blinkered )no such plaudits for me. we also met the king. no not elvis ,but scunner. now theres a turn up for the books. i have thought for sometime that his photo makes him look quite stern. instead we met a welcoming, friendly, informative soft spoken man. the type that wears teddybear suits or should. next trip we wont be rushing about as much and we might get the chance of buying him a pint or three. thanks again for all the members help, it certainly helped in a big way.
