Electricity HELP!!!!!!!!

Just spoken to our cleaner as we arrive at around midnight tonight and she tells me that our electric has been cut off.  Bill was paid by direct debit.  HELP!!!!!!  If anyone has any answers within the next hour please post them.

Best advice in such a tight time frame is to call your bank. Depending on the circumstances, and the bank, they may be able to help and speak with Tedas for you. If they can't, you aren't shouting loud enough  ;)

Also it may be worth asking the cleaner to check the fuse box, it may have tripped and she didn't check.

isa it your meter that is set up on DD or a neighbours?  wont be the first time this has happened.

meter number check, Account number *Abone* should all match,

Fuse box was checked and this was when it was established that the electric was cut off and that we needed to go to Tedas and that she couldn't go for us. Thanks.  I'll email the bank now.
