Would I go to the hospital, or do the pharmacists do it.  Would it have to be a fasting test??

The chemists do testing, if it the UK, you are talking about. and it must be a fasting blood sample. If Turkey , maybe somebody else can help.

Um thanks Sue, I live in Turkey.  Not familiar with how much the pharmacies do for you over here.

Sorry, Should have read your profile and  would have known you were asking about Turkey. But it does have to be a fasting sample and understand the hospitals are very quick in Turkey, just like the NHS eh? :D

A pin prick test which is what I think the chemist here does  will give a sugar count but for a true reading it would need to be a fasting test.
If that is not correct I want to know why I had to do it that way: :)  I hate needles[xx(]

Yes, I thought so.  Just need to establish if the pharmacists here do it or if I need to go to the hospital.
