Land behind Dawn Beach Hotel

Down the side of the Dawn Beach Hotel walking towards the Oykun there was an empty plot and I think I remember someone telling me that an apartment block was/has been built there.  Does anyone know, and if there is do you know the name of them? Thanks

It depends on how long ago-I think you have described the Venice apartments which have been there about 3/4 years now. Unless its somewhere else you're reffering to?

The plot I am referring to is virtually right behind the Venice Apartments. Someone told me earlier last year that there were to be apartments built on this plot. Maybe I've got it wrong though!
