Hi Dodge, my daughters swam with dolphins in Kas last year (went on a coach trip).  Have a look under the search facility above (really easy to use).  It was a lovely trip, but the dolphins looked very sad - penned up in a very small area.  My girls loved the experience in one way, but were very upset at the lack of space that the dolphins had.

Hi we went with grand children in 2007, and was very disappointed, only in the water with the Dolphin for less than 5 minutes, there was only one Dolphin being used, and he Dolphin looked very fed up
Would recommend swinging with the dolphins , but in another country, as very expensive in Turkey for less than 5 minutes in the water, and then they wanted to charge extra for using your own camera.
Best spend your money on a different trip, as most trips in Turkey are good value.

if you did'nt pay to go and see them there would be no need to keep them at all let alone in a small pen
