Just thought i would share with you all something that happend to me when i came to turkey in April, i brought my T Mobile contract phone with me, i hardly use it but its handy to give the kids when your out and about incase they get lost, when i got home i got a bill for £90 i thought a little steep but not bad for a week in turkey, this month i got another bill £80 so i telephoned them and asked what the £35 cost was on the answerphone number and was told if you do not turn the answerphone off your phone and someone tries to phone you then that is what it could cost you as even though they don't leave a message you are still charged. so when i come out in may my answerphone will be switched off, so if you are going abroad switch off your answerphone, or risk a large bill
