Is it just me or is everyone else getting a little concerned what appears to be a secret message service going on?? They all seem to be about undesirable subjects. Or am I being niave?

No. Those messages that you see are from hackers. You'll learn to ignore them after a while like the rest of us. You'll also notice that they're soon deleted by Scunner or one of the Mods.
