i have been lying flat on my back in hospital since friday morning with a suspected clot on my lung. today has been the lowest i  have felt but nick sorted out the tv by my bed to surf the net and iam feeling teriffic now i have had my fix of cbf. ihave chuckled so much but how grateful i am that i am not mutlusandra or turkeylurkey.they are such spoilsports for trying to undermine cbf and i hope that they have been stopped for good. the nurse has justgiven me my bedtime tablets but none of them will do the trick like cbf. if scunner could dice the funny threads up coat them in sugar and stamp them cbf pop them in a bottle he could make a fortune:D

I feel very guilty lying flat on my back on a sun bed while you are flat in hospital........Get well soon and come and get some of our sunshine there is plenty to go around. 8)
