Not really, the higher price quoted relates to Uzumlu - the cheaper one to Calis/Fethiye. As mentioned, you need only go down 9 metres or so down here, in Uzumlu you need to go much further down to find good water, hence you have an expensive big bore.

£2500 to have a well installed just to water a garden seems crazy to me.You guys must sure love gardening   There must be another cheaper solution to this watering a garden problem I'm sure.

Hi there I am sure it's not that expensive to install. I have had a quote for 750 ytl and this would be split between the owners. so this seems reasonable do you think?[?]

Hi Heather. I assumed from the wording of your first post it was a well just for your own garden and your own use and you were having to pay for it. As it turns out it will be paid for by a group of owners it will obviously reduce the individual cost of the well. Happy digging

Yes Johno we are a group of 6 owners with a lovely small garden. Yes we will share the cost. I won't be digging though. In that heat Oh No I will be on the beach. He He He

we,ve been estimated £5,ooo for a 45 metre well in Deliktas,it's very high up there though.Might get round to it.
