Hi Warren there are two large supermarkets in fethiye that will have every thing you need but the labels may only be in turkish but i am sure you will find someone that will translate for you.
megros is one supermarket may be spelt wrong the other i can't think of the name but am sure someone will post the name.

It's 'Migros' Graham  :) 8) The other large supermarket is Carrefour, in the centre of Fethiye.  Lots of other supermarkets which are probably beginning to stock more items suited for the tourist season.

Hope you have a great holiday  :)

Hi Cef, found the website with Grahams spelling, but can not find a shopping list. The best i can find on other sites is PRIMA LETS GO is the same as ACTIVE FIT PAMPERS, what i am trying to avoid is the excess luggage, so maybe this is the time to make millions.

Hi again Warren, here's a link to an article in the Fethiye Times about the opening of carrefour, it used to be 'Gima'.

http://www.fethiyetimes.org.uk/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=viewid=1302itemid=58

I still call it Gima, it's easier to pronounce lol  :) They also have an outside cafe & their loo is very handy  ;)

Sorry Warren I didn't realise it would come up with todays headline  :-\.  The date of the article is 11th March 2008, it's now called 'Carrefour' it's just me that still calls it Gima  :)

Cef, thats OK, i am trying to check it out now. Is it possible to find a list of what they sell, a little like TESCO in the UK, even if i do not shop in TESCO.
