Could anyone please let me know if there is still difficulty with Yahoo email service in Turkey.  I had quite a bit of bother opening messages when there recently and I sent an email to Orange Rentacar yesterday.  They normally confirm straight away but I haven't heard from them and wonder if there is difficulty.

Thanks

Yes there still is - I've as good as dumped any Yahoo accounts I had, as it has been going on for weeks. If you can't do without Yahoo and are out here or coming soon, as a temporary measure you can send and receive your emails at www.mail2web.com

Thanks, Keith.  We were there recently and I had bother with people trying to contact me.  Thanks for the tip about mail2web.  I'll fill in Orange's booking form for the transfers.

Regards

Harry

I'll try and get the message to Ahmet too - about using mail2web - it is so frustrating not being able to get your emails for hours/days on end, and even more frustrating to have replied to them and they simply won't go.

I must be doing something wrong.  It says just fill in your email address and password (presumably my Yahoo password?).  I have 3 Yahoo addresses but it reports a login error on each one.  Probably me - I think pop3 is slang for three dads!

Yahoo is now very tempermental here, sometimes it just won't load but more likely  having gone onto Yahoo it won't let you access your mail page and keeps coming up with the error message "Page has been reset...try again" Does this on both Firefox and IE. Can last for as much as 24 hours.:(
