But take the same gullible foreigners who suddenly find out that they are being charged 50 Kurus more for an Efes and it's World War 3 - hundreds of pounds more for a permit to fish and nobody on CBF seems to see it as being a problem.

The license fees quoted are under the old legislation for amateur fishermen, and have nothing whatsoever to do with commercial rates.  The rates of taxation, and licensing are totally different, as they are in the U.K..

I agree.According to some of the postings people are buying the permits.I think its because we are trained to conform in the UK.

what kind of fishing are you thinking od oing and where? come to oludeniz and i will put you to a nice fishing spot and no body can say anything at all.
