Phone Shop

It is getting time to update my mobile phone. I don't want suggestions as to what to get etc but has anyone got any particular recommendations as to a particular shop out of the multitude to consider. Most important would be aftersales service should it be required (I have a Sony Ericsson) that I wanted to cosmetically improve but the best I could get in Fethiye was "Maybe next week" which never happened:(  Other things to consider would be technically competent to deal with the product they are selling which many in Fethiye don't seem to be. Too many shops have an attitude "If I have got it I will take your money"and that is it.  Obviously a competitive price,not necessarily the cheapest. I am sure you get the drift of what I am looking for so any suggestions[?]
