Welcome Dogan, I have English culture (born), Scottish culture (Father), Irish culture (Mother) and think it's quite a good cocktail  :) Welcome to CBF, the input from our Turkish members has always been very valuable on the forum and I hope you will add to that.

Great hot pepper bread by the way :D

Hi Dogan -  we have heard a lot about you from Nichola - so welcome to the forum !   We look forward to meeting you and popping into the restaurant when we are back at Easter.  Hope you have more help in the restaurant this year so that you can have more time off with your family in the summer - you work so hard.

I'm normally a mystery man, not because I don't want to say hello, but generally because me saying "from Calis Beach Forum" comes back a few days later as "Scunner was in telling everyone how important he is and how he wants a big discount".

I've met you and Nichola a couple of times now  :)
