Voted for istanbul, a real city, where it's easy to spend 4/5 days rather than see everything in 4/5 hours.

I originally voted for Fethiye, Istanbul and Izmir, so was sure Turkey was in with a fair chance! Fingers crossed for Fethiye it was a strong favourite from the start!

I didn't vote as these things are pointless rubbish - just like the vote for the cutest baby competitions, they are contests to see who can muster the most friends and contacts to vote for their child (or indeed favourite city) irrespective of how cute (or not) said child actually is. The outcome is therefore worthless.  8)

Agreed and seems very biast to have 2 Turkish places in the top four of "best cities in the world", The owner of the site is Turkish so betting is he has all is local followers voting for Turkish places as they wouldnt have been to the others. The way the whole thing has been set up, you could do the same thing and get Cleethorpes into the top 4.
