Sensational  ;D.

Ennis, Farah and Rutherford will make the headlines but for me the performance of the day was the three girls in the Women Team Track Pursuit.

A Gold medal and broke the World Record on six consequective ocassions.

Signed: one of doubters.

Agreed H, I think track & field traditionally hold the accolade as the "golden events", but for me what the cyclists are doing is truly amazing !, (also the rowing), but it's also nice to see the skill, commitment and courage shown in all the other events, whatever they may be, sailing, shooting, equestrian, tennis, judo etc. etc., these Games seem to be bringing the best out of everyone and it's good to see the Nation smile again   :).

Also another good thing is the development in the depth of the overall structure of the sports, as the Olympians themselves are the pinnacle of the pyramid, supported beneath by a foundation of managers, sports scientists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychologists, etc., so it's a big "team effort" and they should be acknowledged also.   :)
