I  have basic turkish mobile with turkcell ,but if i want to call a land line i always get the same message ,,prepaid customers cannot call this nos ,no prob with mobile networks . ;D

Hi Lance.  Just a thought, when using the mobile for landline numbers are you putting in the area code (like 0252 for this area) and then the number.  This works for us.

Lance, I received the same message today when trying to contact Digiturk  I redialled prefixing the number with the Fethiye code and got connected immediately.

When using your mobile you always have to enter the full number.
