Not personally, no, but am a huge animal lover. Have only seen him on the one occasion, but although maybe appearing aggressive to the inexperienced eye, was playing with the cat and her kitten when we were there!   :)

We left on Tuesday after a 28 night stay, and visited Babzen five times!  We loved it, but then we adore Turkish food, and that they make no concessions to the British palate.  The menu is not overly large;  when a restaurant has a menu the size of a tabloid newspaper with Turkish, Mexican, Chinese and so called International cuisines, it makes me think they must have banks of microwaves in the back.
We think it is currently the best restaurant in Calis.

Babzen Kebab is definitely at the top of our list to try in August.   Some of the photos I have seen of this restaurant and the meals they serve make it very appealing   :)

Sorry but as an experienced cat owner, when a cat arches it's back, hisses and all its back hair stands on end I can assure you it is not playing. The waiters threw water over the dog and chased it off. It was obviously not the dog you saw and know so well that time.
