Hi Guys after the recent earthquakes I asked a friend of mine what would happen if you Appt blocked was distroyed, would the earthquake insurance cover a rebuild. He told me no it only pays for the rubble to be cleared is this correct ?? If so how would you cover such a event with building insurance ? if so what if you had it and the appt below did not. Any comments would be appreciated
