Translation help

I have a heart shaped  22 carat ring given to me in 1956 when my grad dad passed away, ive worn it every day everywhere on different fingers as ive grown old , Im in Calis from monday and i need to get the Green Blood Stone replaced ,as its fallen out and lost ..
Quotes in my local area are  Sky high prices .

Can anyone tell me the Turkish words i need to ask in the gold  repair shops .

Can you supply/ cut and fit a green stone  with a  red blood marking   stone into this ring .?.

Do you mean a ruby stone as my Turkish wife said that a translation of green blood stone will not come out correct and they may not understand.

I would find a picture on the internet of what you want and bring it with you. There are several good jewelers in Calis and lots in Fethiye who will be able to help. A picture paints a thousand words......
