If that's the one on BMB Mark, beware the sell by date, probably best before April 2004. :  :)   :)

I had some Guinness out of sell by date and it was flat. It went straight in the bin.

Lifespan on tins of draught Guinness 3/4 days

Lol - unless the store is selling out of date stock he's not very well informed at all!!!!

My Dearest Saiorse,  when I mentioned the "life" of Guinness, it was on a completely different thread some time back, and we were discussing how long DRAUGHT GUINNESS will keep it's distinctive taste in the tub, in the cellar, before it begins to deteriorate, not the "Mickey Mouse" stuff sold in cans, being discussed on this particular thread !!

Jack, must agree with you , IF you mean things like beans , jams, and ALL other foodstuffs. But, out of date alcoholic beverages of any description ??  A definitive NO, my friend.
When I was in the business, I had the belief that if I wouldn't like to be asked to pay for out of date beer in a pub, why should I try to sell it , over my own bar, to others ??
