The belediye are in the process of putting street lights, in the central reservation, all the way from the start of the dual carriageway at the Koca Calis end (at the mom) to the dolphin(less) roundabout. Won't do any harm, from the safety aspect, for any pedestrians staying at the likes of the Pelin & Nevada.
