We currently own a villa in Calis which is in my name only
Due to my ill health i would like to put the Tapu in my wifes name
or give her Power of Attorney
Can anyone recommend a Solicitor/Law firm (ideally

I've also currently own a villa in Ovacık which is in my name only. I've made an inheritance with solicitor which is speaking English. This is the way of put your wife name in title deed when you pass away as well. We've done it with my solicitor Nilay Meteriz, NMO Law in Calıs. She speeks excellent English and gives you a professional service, always answers the phone and does what she says she will do, and very reasonable price. Hope it works for you. See you:xx

My understanding is that you can't transfer the Tapu to her, you have to sell her the property

This topic is 7 years old Mercury - a lawyer with a taste for spam reactivated it.
