Teeth whitening
« on: February 17, 2016, 16:17:43 PM »
Hey there. We are out in Thailand and my other half is thinking of getting her teeth whitened. Does anyone have a rough cost of this in Fethiye as we are hopefully there for six weeks this year.

Cheers

I'm hardly an expert but isn't £255 to £300 quite expensive for teeth whitening?

There seem to be a lot of dentists in the UK doing it now at greatly reduced prices. One not far from me is advertising it at £225.

As legless said Holident will make the moulds and supply the gel, which when we were supplied was an American made gel.

We had 1 set of moulds made as the OH already had some plus enough gel for 2 people and this was about 18 months ago and the cost from memory was TL900.

Hope this helps.

We might check it out here. The surgeries are awesome and I think we will pay much less than £200.

Thanks everyone.

This is the reply I got back from Holident in February.

There are 2 options with regards to teeth whitening – either in-house laser whitening at the clinic which takes around 45 minutes or a home whitening kit including a custom made mouth guard and whitening gels that you wear at night for a more gradual whitening process. Both treatments are the same price at 750 TL (or 160 pounds) and include a de-scale and polish prior to treatment.
