Title: Anyone renting out their property this year?

It struck me that it's all gone a bit quiet in respect of folks renting out properties and I was wondering who on here is still doing it, legally that is.

I know a few folks (not on here) who do, and they've indicated that things have been quite quiet this year, despite many of the tour operators saying holidays and flights to Turkey are on the up.

So, is it quiet on the villa/apartment booking scene, or is it just them?

We stopped renting John as have most others on our site.  We didn't advertise our place anyway and never in all the years did we make money from it but it helped cover the  costs.
It's just not worth the hassle now
