Is there anywhere I can buy a baby walker in the Fethiye area ??

Yes.  There are baby equipment shops.  Go up the one way street in Fethiye with all the banks and keep left. At the Mulberry Tree Restaurant, turn left down the lane and you will find shops on either side of the road.   Also if you walk on to the road where the entrance to the Fish Market is, there is a big baby equipment shop on the opposite side.

I assume anyone means me??  I think you need to go and ask.  We found differences in the asking prices when we looked for a piece of equipment for our Granddaughter.  We tried all the shops mentioned and a bit of haggling is recommended.     ;)
Can I suggest if you buy one, after you don't need it anymore, give it to the 3C's Charity Shop, this means they will be able to hire it out     ;)
